FUSION Halifax enters its third year with a new board of directors and a renewed focus on connecting and inspiring young professionals through leadership, mentorship, and positive progress.
"FUSION Halifax represents the true spirit of civic engagement - not just for a generation, but for an entire community," said Cheryl Stewart, 2009-2010 chair of FUSION Halifax. "Over the past two years, we have rolled up our sleeves and made our mark, taking on issues that matter in Halifax. This year will be no exception. We are excited about our role in helping realize the potential of this great city."
FUSION members elected a new board of directors at the organization’s annual general meeting held on November 5.
The new slate of directors is as follows:
