Level moved from Alberta to attend Dalhousie and never looked back. From the first day he arrived he met so many amazing people, that he couldn’t imagine ever leaving. Level sees the potential Halifax has to be a great city. He is motivated to use his strong networks to help inspire change in attitude, thoughts and actions in Halifax.
