* Why FUSION Halifax? What do you hope to accomplish in your role this year?
I want to show Halifax residents all the culture and creativity that exists in their
community. It’s something to be proud of. I hope you will join me in exploring
the arts scene in Halifax!
* Tell us something about yourself that we’d be surprised to know:
I wanted
to be a member of Jem and the Holograms when I was growing up.
* What do you love about the East Coast? What’s the best thing about living
in Halifax?
I love the smell of the ocean, lobster, being close to my family and the people. No one welcomes you like East Coasters!
* If the sky was the limit, what would you change about Halifax? Mindset – Halifax is a vibrant city that has so much to offer residents – they just need to explore.
* What is your favorite restaurant/pub/place to meet? Pubs in general – sitting with friends over a beer listening to some great east coast music– life doesn’t get much better!
* What would you tell a new young person moving to Halifax? Go out and explore all the city has to offer!
* If someone were to ask you, “Who should I know in Halifax?” Who would you recommend they meet? Why limit yourself to one person – I would encourage everyone to meet as many people as they can. Everyone has a unique perspective and story to share that is just waiting to be told!
