This is the message FUSION Halifax and Greater Halifax Partnership will be sending this spring through a new campaign promoting the value of hiring young and emerging talent (YET) in our city.
 
The Hire Young, Halifax, project will:

• help employers understand the many benefits of young talent;
• challenge employers to rethink preconceived notions about young workers;
• celebrate those employers who demonstrate a commitment to hiring YET; and
• tell the stories of young talent, like you, who are making it work here in Halifax.

We need your help to get the ball rolling.
