FUSION Halifax’s People Factor Action Team is excited to launch its third annual Mentorship Program. Designed to engage our members with influential industry contacts, the 2012/2013 Mentorship Program will match 25 of our city’s young professionals with seasoned experts at the top of their game for a rewarding eight-month partnership.
Throughout this time span, each mentorship pair will meet monthly to discuss pre-determined goals, latest industry trends, and tips for navigating career-related issues. Mentors will receive the benefit of being able to provide helpful advice to Halifax’s future leaders. Each match will be carefully selected based on area(s) of interest, availability, range of experience, and perceived personality fit.
