We are the action team for FUSION Halifax that is focused on jobs and career development for young professionals (yp).

Mission
To become a resource for connecting young professionals and the Halifax business community.

Goals and Objectives

• Strengthen the network between employers & YP’s, increasing opportunities to connect
• Become a body of knowledge for best practices in recruiting and retaining YP’s in Halifax
• Raise awareness among the business community & YP’s about the PFAT, our value and objectives
• Partner with organizations that align with or goals & objectives
• Make Halifax a destination city for YP’s and YP aligned employers
• Provide an accurate snapshot of the employment opportunities and the labour market in Halifax and debunk the myths
