Health and Wellness Action Team

The Fusion Health & Wellness Group, is comprised of a group of young professionals interested in creating a healthier, happier generation that is not only knowledgeable about the many fitness resources of the community, but actually uses them!

Living a healthy lifestyle in the HRM is easy! There are many ways to achieve fitness of the body and mind just outside your doorstep. The aim of our group is to make fitness accessible to all residents of HRM by encouraging them to take their physical and mental health in their own hands by becoming involved in the countless wellness activities the municipality and province have to offer. This site will serve as a source of ideas for wellness activities and an advocate for a healthy lifestyle.
