There are several criteria that must be met in order to become a Canadian citizen, as outlined by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Part of the process includes taking the Canadian citizenship test. Ironically, some Canadians are not able to answer the test questions and an even greater number are unaware that a test is required to become a citizen.
